By accessing and using our platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Peer-to-Peer Marketplace
Aple Kapat is a platform connecting owners with renters. We do not own the outfits; we facilitate logistics, payments, and trust.
2. Rental Terms & Returns
- Standard rentals are for 3, 5, or 8 days.
- Delay in return results in a penalty of 1.5x the daily rental rate.
- Items are professionally dry-cleaned by owners. Renters must NOT wash them.
- Major damage will result in recovery from the security deposit.
3. Purchase Terms
Pre-owned items are non-returnable unless significantly damaged or different from description. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours.
4. User Obligations
- Provide accurate identity documents for verification.
- Outfits must not be altered or tailored.
- Users must be present for scheduled delivery/pickup.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are an intermediary. We are not liable for allergic reactions, fitment issues, or user-to-user disputes.
6. Governing Law
Terms are governed by Indian Law. Disputes are subject to Pune, Maharashtra jurisdiction.
