Our policy is designed to protect both the owner's time and the renter's money.
1. Cancellation by Renter
7+ Days Before: 100% Refund of fee and deposit.
Full refund of rental fee and deposit.
3-7 Days Before: 50% Refund of fee. 100% deposit refund.
50% rental fee refund. 100% deposit refund.
Last 72 Hours: No Refund of fee. 100% deposit refund.
Rental fee is forfeited. 100% deposit refund.
2. Security Deposit Returns
Once an item is inspected by the owner, your deposit refund is initiated within 24-48 hours.
3. Cancellation by Owner
If an owner cancels, the renter receives a 100% refund immediately.
4. Disputes
Report damage or size mismatch within 12 hours of delivery with photos for a full refund.
